Deleting Single Contacts

Open the Contacts app: Locate and launch the Contacts app, usually found on your home screen.
Find the Contact: Scroll through your contact list or use the search bar at the top to find the specific contact you want to delete.
Tap to Edit: Once you’ve found the contact, tap on their name to open their details.
Access Edit Menu: Look for the “Edit” button, typically located in the top right corner of the screen. Tap on it.
Scroll down and delete: You’ll see various details about the contact. Scroll down to the bottom. There, you’ll find the option labeled “Delete Contact.”
Confirm Deletion: A pop-up window will appear, asking you to confirm the deletion. Tap “Delete Contact” again to permanently remove the contact from your iPhone.

If you’re dealing with a cluttered contact list, you can delete multiple contacts simultaneously. Here’s how:

Open Contacts App: Launch the Contacts app as described earlier.
Select Contacts: Instead of tapping on a single contact, use your finger to tap and hold on one contact. This will enter selection mode.
Multi-Select with Swipes: With the first contact selected, you can now swipe your finger up or down to select additional contacts you want to delete.
